This plan gives you everything you need to build a strong foundation for change: 12 one‑on‑one coaching sessions (six powerful 50‑minute deep dives + six focused 15‑minute check‑ins), live group coaching with Q&A, access to past coaching videos, an exercise workout library, and digital motivators and reminders to support your progress every day.

Thrive Program
A comprehensive, transformative coaching experience for deeper, long‑term growth

  • Clarify your goals and create a personalized roadmap that feels motivating and doable.
  • Develop long‑term consistency with structured support and accountability.
  • Build self‑regulation skills to navigate stress, setbacks, and life’s unpredictable moments.

This extended program is designed to help you create lasting change. You’ll receive 24 personalized coaching sessions, including twelve in‑depth 50‑minute sessions and twelve quick 15‑minute check‑ins to keep you aligned and accountable. You’ll also have live group coaching with Q&A, unlimited access to previous coaching videos, an exercise workout library, and digital tools that help you stay motivated between sessions.

How often do we meet?
This depends on the program you choose. 
1:1 coaching, Foundations Program and Thrive Program have structured advanced appointments. The monthly membership is more flexible with both live and recorded sessions to attend when you can!  All programs are developed to supports progress while fitting your schedule and energy.
Is coaching right for me if I feel overwhelmed?
Yes. Coaching can be especially helpful when you’re overwhelmed—because we focus on clarity, priorities, and small steps that create real momentum. Our approach is goal oriented with the support to reach each one!
